The Free Peoples of Russia House is a nonprofit initiative representing the Resistance to Putin's regime. Established by the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Republic, it serves as a common platform for the Russian democratic opposition and shares the principles of the Berlin Declaration of 2023. The House includes supporters of all forms of resistance against the current regime.

Martin Palouš
Former Czech Ambassador to the United States (2001–2005), Dr. Martin Palouš is a diplomat, academic, and human rights advocate whose career spans dissident activism and international diplomacy. A founding signatory of Charter 77, he later helped establish the Civic Forum during the Velvet Revolution. Palouš also served as the Czech Republic’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations (2006–2011). He has held senior academic roles at Florida International University and with the Václav Havel Library and Program for Human Rights and Democracy, and has lectured widely on international relations and law.
